To know how cleanliness leads to a luxurious life, it is necessary to first understand the definitions of two key terms: cleanliness and luxury.

Cleanliness is described as a state of cleanliness or the act of maintaining cleanliness. It is one of the most vital aspects of life, second only to godliness. Cleanliness promotes mental and spiritual well-being.

Luxury is defined as Something that is not necessary but brings pleasure or comfort; a state of great comfort elegance, especially when involving substantial expense. Something nice yet costly or difficult to obtain or do, an indulgence in something that brings pleasure, satisfaction, or ease.

For some people, luxury equals comfort. The term “luxury” refers to a high level of comfort. When we hear the word luxury, we usually associate it with cars, bikes, luxury homes, and large amounts of money.

However, for some people who live in a small village or town, moving to an urban area is a luxury, and for others, travelling around the world is a luxury. People’s definitions of luxury differ depending on their needs. But, while Health is a luxury for me, it is taken for granted by others.

Now a day for the majority of people gives importance to health and wellness because they want to look attractive. Dieting and exercising are highly popular because people need to maintain their health.

Why Health is a new luxury

Health is new form of luxury life

Living a healthy lifestyle is pretty much the epitome of luxury living. In fact, without your health everything else becomes irrelevant. Often disregarded in favour of more material possessions, a healthy and therefore luxurious lifestyle is very achievable.

We are huge believers in the health benefits of having a plant-based diet and some of us do yoga practice to take care of our health. whilst everyone should find whatever feels right to them, living a more health-conscious lifestyle will have such a positive effect that you will wonder how you ever lived any other way.

A healthy lifestyle includes the lack of dirt, dust, stains, and bad smells. The goals of cleanliness are maintaining Health and wellness or the prevention of the spread of dirt and toxins to oneself and others are the purposes of cleanliness.

Maintaining cleanliness, on the other hand, cleanliness requires investment, maintenance and organisation. Allowing ourselves to remain worthless will merely exacerbate our current state of misery rather than us to luxury.

‘Cleanliness is indeed an expensive luxury, but we will have to afford it for our good.

Why health &wellness is equivalent to luxurious life?

Health and Wellness

As the next generation begins to emerge, there is a turning point in the definition of luxury and modern lifestyle. Aspirations and ambitions related to a wellness lifestyle, or a perceived wellness lifestyle (healthy selfies), are increasingly being used as markers of luxury and well-lived life.

People, organisations, and regulations have been alerted to the importance of promoting positive wellness awareness, health maintenance, and fitness resources – a shift from a solely reactive to a more balanced proactive and preventative lifestyle approach to health care – as a result of rising health-related societal concerns linked to today’s modernised lifestyle of convenience eating, enhanced workplace stress, depression, and physically inactive employment. People are making significant investments in perceived health and wellness solutions, as evidenced by the growth of the wellness, healthcare, and fitness industries.

It’s considered a status symbol to post photos from a running club or early morning yoga practice. It used to be rude to mention that you were on a diet, but today everyone is doing so. However, health and wellness awareness is not limited to a single exercise; people are customising their health and wellness efforts and doing whatever works best for them.

Wellness culture

“wellness culture at work” is defined by a variety of programmes that encourage and support employee health and wellness—from stress reduction to improved diet—as well as physical and environmental features like better-quality, safe, hygienic, healthy cafeteria food and pleasant, relaxing spaces for breaks and relaxation. The advantages of a workplace health culture extend beyond the office walls, and firms that improve one gain a worker that is not only more focused and engaged but also perceives the culture as beneficial to their career.

Wellness is defined as condition of complete well-being that begins with self-care.
It’s not only about avoiding disease;
it’s about having better quality of life as result of better physical, social, rental,
emotional, spiritual, and environmental health.

The new luxury summary is usually talking on social media about fitness, health, and lifestyle, and there has been a big shift in the way we look at our lives in an “unconventional” approach. It’s more than a talk; it’s about personal happiness. Today, there is a slew of social networking and fitness monitoring apps that have pushed their way into our lives, promoting a new breed of living.

People of all ages are following these new trends, and their thoughts have changed and matured as a result. So it’s usually a combination of health, body image, social affirmation, and self-actualization when it comes to selfie postings and personal images (ego or check-ins). Body image becomes a major worry for youngsters as they develop their social media profiles.

Youngsters exercise to improve their physical appearance in 73% of cases. People who use Facebook Instagram and other social media apps. This to share exercise selfies and advertise the effort they put into their physical attractiveness appear to be more selfish.

It’s not just overexposure; it’s a new trend toward bettering one’s quality of life through increased physical, social, mental, emotional, spiritual, and environmental health, which affects and influences everyone.

Health and wellness as a luxury idea include more than just being fit; it also means feeling well and engaging in environments that promote well-being, as well as sharing such experiences with friends.
